Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We log standard web access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
How We Use Your Information

- To send email alerts for saved searches you enable
- To communicate subscription and billing updates
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the platform based on usage patterns
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We manage our subscriber relationships and outreach using our own in-house customer management system — we do not use a third-party CRM or share your information with one. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Amazon Web Services — for hosting and database storage
- Google Analytics — for aggregate website usage analytics (see below)
- Law enforcement when required by law
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use the following:
- Session cookies keep you logged in while you browse. These are required for the site to function.
- Google Analytics sets analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site — for example pages visited, time on site, and general location. This data is aggregated and used to improve the platform; you can opt out using Google's browser add-on or by disabling cookies.
- Search activity from signed-in subscribers (your search terms, filters, and result counts) is recorded so we can support your account, measure engagement, and improve search quality. It is not shared with third parties.
You can disable cookies in your browser or opt out of analytics tracking, but disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging in.
Email Open Tracking
Marketing and outreach emails we send (not transactional email such as receipts, alerts, or account notices) may include a small, invisible tracking image that tells us whether the message was opened and when. We use this only to gauge interest and improve our outreach; we do not record your IP address or device details from it. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests immediately.
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Bookmarks and saved searches are deleted when you remove them or close your account.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us. Saved searches, bookmarks, and notes will be permanently removed.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. We take security seriously but cannot guarantee absolute security.
